Our organization was in trouble. We used a big-name insurance biller who let us fall through the cracks, at a cost of over a million dollars. We felt helpless. I had known Ashton for nearly a decade and she offered the services of AVA Billing to at least get a handle our billing situation. She, on behalf of the firm, was very thorough and completely business-centric, spending the time with us to really understand what our needs were. Turns out, our organization was primed to bring billing in house. Ashton and her team first brought the billing to AVA to stabilize our accounts receivable. She then integrated an in-house billing module and trained our staff. Finally, she was available on a consulting basis as we started the billing ourselves.
